Too often we are held down by our own beliefs about ourselves—who we think we are not. What are you telling yourself you are not? A good mother? Physically fit? Educated? Motivated? Happy?
Today, I challenge you to change your perspective. Change begins to happen as soon as your belief about it does. You are capable! Stop buying into the lies that say you are not that person. Start saying and believing you already are the person you want to become and you’ll already be on your way!
