Nicole DeBehnke

Founder and Manager

Entrepreneur, wife, mama, sister, best friend, fin, world traveler, worship leader and tickle monster.

Owner and manager of multiple businesses, Nicole enjoys working with people and accomplishing vision through them. Her vision for results and movement are some of her strengths. She believes in people and their potential and is willing to fight for them. Powered by her convictions, Nicole desires to make a generational change in the world for the better through adding value to people, empowering them and helping them lead in their every day lives. She married Christopher, fellow entrepreneur, land developer and Pastor in 2009. The couple have two children.

“I enjoy singing, reading and playing with my kids in my free time as well as cleaning and watching a couple shows with my hubby. I’m a homebody and love to be with my family and friends.”

Rachel Delgado


Wife, mother, sister, auntie, best friend, Dental Hygienist, worship team member, vegan, and smart mouth.

Rachel works full time as a Dental Hygienist. She loves educating people and helping them better themselves. Rachel was originally pursuing a degree in Psychology before discovering her skill in the dental field. Although she changed her career path, she still has a great passion for Psychology. She enjoys heading the Mommy and Me Life Group at her local church. She also enjoys a vegan lifestyle. Some of her greatest attributes are that she’s hardworking, determined, caring, compassionate, and loves to laugh. She believes that no matter how you started out in life, you can have a great finish. Rachel married her husband, Eric, in 2011. The couple have one young son and two dogs.

Patricia Marks


Wife, mother, sister, aunt, keyboardist, Netflix addict, aspiring foodist & pizza enthusiast.

Patricia is a Human Resources professional who has a passion for writing and developing others. She attended Florida Atlantic University and earned a BA in Public Communication with a minor in Business Administration in 2007. From the start of her career, her HR experiences have been in the healthcare field. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her involved in church activities, hanging out with friends, dining out at restaurants, or simply spending time with her husband, Joe, and their two young children.

“I enjoy shopping, reading, watching movies, playing keyboard and occasionally baking. Did I mention I am a pizza enthusiast?”


Kimberly Silva


Wife, mother, sister, auntie, autism advocate, amateur photographer, lover of dark chocolate, and self-proclaimed goofball.

Kimberly has been a stay at home mom for the past 4 years. She loves helping people and raising autism understanding and awareness.  Prior to becoming a stay at home mom for many years Kimberly worked in office settings specifically as a Customer Service Specialist or Administrative Assistant. When finances allowed her to stay home to raise her son, she embraced the opportunity. In 2014, her oldest son, then 2 years old, was diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum. Since then she became passionate about autism understanding and linking parents to local resources. If she’s not behind a camera or trying a new recipe, she is usually having a Netflix night with her family. Kimberly has been married 6 years to her best friend, Diego. They have 2 young sons and 2 Jack Russel Terriers.

“I love shopping, gardening, cooking, writing, reading, but above all, spending time with my family and making people laugh at my impressions. A good laugh is everything! Not to mention, in my mind, I’m an exceptional dancer!”
